Some of you may have noticed that the quantity of updates to this site has slowed some what over the last week.  No I have not lost interest nor am I considering abandoning you after such a promising start.

A significant part of the information and training available here is that of how to market your web site, here or on your own domain, for maximum effect.  Blind Freddy can clearly see that any website which doesn’t get any visitors is destined to be a pretty barren place.

I have been working on a program to make the process of creating the required back links easier and more systematic.

Like most people who are doing work on the internet and working on generating traffic and visitors to their web properties, I find it a quite boring process.  It can be very tedious to keep on doing the activity, which you know you have to do, every day.

The aim of my program is to set up a project, to drive traffic to your website for example, and the various tasks, these are the sites which fit your project profile.  What happens then is you start the program from your desktop each day and the program determines which tasks you need to do today.

By having the program let you know which tasks you need to do you also reduce the tedium of the task because you have a list to go through.  Once you have completed the list you can stop, or continue and do some more.  Your choice and the program will recognise the additional work so you don’t get duplicates happening.

Thats proposed in any case, some of it is already implemented and there is a bit more to go.

What I’m really saying is that I’m still working for your benefit even if I don’t always write stuff for you to read and ponder on here 😉 , I’m not at all certain that you do ponder on my writings but I’ll keep it up in any case.

I must also confess that the original aim of this site was to get you to publish here but I have decided that I should also encourage you to self-publish regardless of is it is here or some other site.  It is always your choice and you need the assistance I can provide in the form of information which is not biased or only concerned with you paying me money.

Things might have changed slightly but the main aim remains, to help more of you become published authors and to help more of you write better (not that you don’t write well now) and to find your voice and writing style.
