Here’s the deal, if and when we are looking for paid helpers, also known as staff, we will be looking to recruit from those who are already users of this site.

As I see it at the moment the best people to help users of this site are those who use it.  There might be a need for some more specialised skills later but most of the skills will be dealing with questions and unusual problems.
