I thought it would be useful for you to know that I have completed the rewrites, drafts, formatting etc. and am now in discussions with a POD publisher with excellent distribution channels.

I now have a couple of weeks to prove to them that they should list my book although I think it really comes down to me paying them some money.

Obviously I will record my experiences with this process here to help you through it.

And you have let it gel for a while now so it is time to do the proof reading.  I’m going to assume that you don’t have the finances to pay a professional to proof it for you so you are going to have to be ruthless.

Absolutely.  You are going to read your book with a really critical eye.  Print it out.  Site down at the table and read it out loud.
