That’s right.  My book arrived in the mail today and I’m pretty excited about that.

I have proof read it now and yes there are mistakes which will need fixing.  Drat (or a stronger word or two).

I was hoping that my proofing on the screen was good enough but here’s a big tip.

Print your book out and proof read it, then get someone else to proof read it.

No I don’t have anything to report as yet and it is nearly February.

All I can do is wait for the book to arrive.  Should be here soon and I’ll let you know how it is when it gets here.

Despite the very likely fact that I am going to miss my own self-imposed deadline to write and publish a book by February 2011 it will be done by the end of February 2011 which is close.

That is one of the interesting things about goal setting, without a goal we achieve very little.  With a goal we achieve a lot more.  It seems to me that the issue is not the acheivement of the goal that we get hung up over it’s the time frames we set ourselves.
