Cheap Traffic Report

Content to go here soon.

By soon I apparently meant in the next 10 years or so.

I have often been puzzled by the question of how you value traffic.

When you have pages that rank on any search engine results page, the visitors you get from there have already filtered themselves by the keywords they used to search.

They filter themselves further by which page link they click.

Doing all the work required to rank cannot be ignored.

You have to write and create a lot of content to get there.

You have to get backlinks to your page either by posting on relevant sites or having others link to you for whatever reason.

How do you value your time? Because that’s the cost of that traffic, and you cannot afford to ease up on that work too much, or your ranking and traffic will slip away.

On the other hand you can buy traffic for many sources, some good some useless.

The better the quality of the visitors you buy, the more it will cost, but if you have the money, this is a viable way of getting traffic and sales without too much effort.

High-quality traffic can cost up to $1 (or more) per visitor with no guarantee that they’ll like what you’re offering.

Low-quality traffic with mostly real humans can cost as little as $0.001 for each hit.

Most of them will not be interested in your offer.

I’ve come to the conclusion that where you get the traffic from is almost irrelevant.

We, that’s me and you, have to change how we structure our funnels to maximize our engagement with those visitors.

You can’t do anything with the bots, about 30% of all internet traffic, but the humans need to see something that makes them stop and pay attention.

What makes you stop when you’re scrolling through your FB timeline?

It will usually be a headline that grabs you, but sometimes it’s an image.

When you see one of those, screenshot it and bung it into a file for future use.

I’m going to pull up stumps here, but I’ll be back…

… sooner than 10 years this time.
