Love it or lump it all sites that are predicated on gaining user input absolutely must have some community rules so all users can gain benefits from their activities on the site.
This site is no different in that respect and the opinion of Mr Bearly rules. It’s pretty simple really, if Mr Bearly doesn’t like what you are doing then he will decide the penalty.
Penalties range from being sent to the Woods, either temporarily or permanently, to a direct warning.
I expect that you will behave on this site in a similar manner to the way you would behave if we were face to face.
Good manners rule, be polite, no personal attacks, no bad language, no offensive comments or images.
While I fully expect to never have to do this I am quite prepared to take legal action against any individual, group of individuals or any other legal entity if required to protect other users or the overall integrity of this site.
I know the difference between a pin hammer and a pile driver and am happy to use whichever one is needed.

Sure makes good sense…not only business sense, but community sense, as well. I’ve been on those sites with “flamers”, and the ones with the offensive posts, and they are simply not fun. Enter > Leave > Never Return…that’s my usual response.
