I don’t mean reviews of your book, I mean reviews of other books.  If you do read them do you read them before or after reading the book?

I must confess that I rarely read a book review, I do read as many author interviews as I can as I find them far more enlightening than any review of a book. 

I rarely find that a review of a book is a good judge of whether I would enjoy the book or not.

It is a constant challenge and has conflicting advice for budding marketers.  That includes you budding authors.

Do you put your real name, real address, real contact details on your webpages or do you take the precaution of not identifying yourself and your location in the interests of self-protection?

On this site I think you can tell which way I have gone but perhaps you might like to have an understanding of why.
